If there was a GOD of stencils – it would most definately be The Crafter’s Workshop! They create the most gorgeous stencils EVER! Their latest release at CHA was absolutely no exception!  They have teamed up with the very talented Julie Fei-Fan Balzer to create some DROP DEAD GORGEOUS designs!
