Another Friday…another WHERE YOU CREATE! We are turning the corner on February, which means we are that much closer to spring. I have lived in Alberta long enough to know there is still time for lots of winter, but every single year….I am hopeful it will be done! THAT is yet to be seen! While we dream of warmer days let’s take a peek into Cathy Lyseng’s wonderful creative space.
I used to have my Scrapbooking/Craft/Sewing Room in the basement. Although it was a beautiful space, I felt uninspired and confined.
I’ve since moved upstairs and have made a brand new start….changed the colour scheme, work table and cabinetry.
I still have some organizing to do but I’m now feeling the inspiration and have completed a number of projects.

Such a great space & lots of lovely color! Loving the glass doors that keep out the dust but allow you to see what is in them. And that little purple cabinet with all the drawers?

Jennifer Ream – my mom-in-law used to work for an insurance firm. She gave me two of these great storage cabinets. One for Scrapbooking/Craft Items, the other for magazines 🙂

but of course your clhetos are wonderfully bright and full of energy! i could snatch up each and every sweater (except the beaded one). that bathroom photo is the best isn’t that totally our lives in this season?! (fyi you should have seen my kitchen an hour ago i was at the grocery at 8 am to race home and cook a trucker breakfast for our new football player before his scrimmage this afternoon. SCARY!)
