She used the Bright Paper Pack, which has fun, cheerful colours!
The cute confetti strip on the left edge is easily punched with the Creative Memories Border Maker System.
The balloon and ‘Happy Birthday’ are cut with the Brother ScanNCut.
This design is suitable for all ages and genders, thanks to Creative Memories!
