Kim here today sharing another fun coffee card. This simple card can be used for many different occasions, toss in a coffee card and it also makes a great gift! All Occasion Coffee Card / Therm-o-Web Deco Foils and Toner Sheets / Ranger Distress Oxides / Quietfire Design Stamps

I used lots of fun products that played so well together to make this card, starting with CSM Superstock as my card base.Cardmaking using Therm-o-Web Foils / Distress Oxide Inks resit foils / Quietfire Design But First, Coffee

I transferred the Brutus Monroe – Dry Brush foil onto the Brutus Monroe – Coffee Rings toner sheets. Both of these products are made by Therm-o-Web. The foil is easily applied to the toner sheet using a hot laminator like mine from Royal Sovereign.Therm-o-Web Toner Sheets and Deco Foil / Brutus Monroe and Gina K.

Next, I blended some Distress Oxide inks over the foiled toner sheet. The foil resists the ink, so the shimmer is not lost! I like to buff it a bit with a paper towel once the ink is set.Cardmaking - Distress Oxide Inks resist / All Occasion Coffee Card

I stamped my sentiment and coffee cup from the “But First, Coffee” set from Quietfire Design. I really LOVE this set; the sentiments are so fun!

Quietfire Design But First, Coffee stamp set / Emerald Creek embossing powder - Sliked SmokeThe stamped images were embossed with Emerald Creek’s “Slicked Smoke” embossing powder. The smoky black color lets the detail of the stamps shine!

I used my Gina K. rectangle die by Therm-o-Web to cut my sentiment. This is from the Rectangle Small Set; these dies are a perfect size for card embellishments and have a double stitch edge – it’s all about the details!

I popped up the stamped elements using my Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L foam squares…easy! Done!Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L 3D foam squares

The process seems much more difficult in writing than it is. Honestly, once your laminator is nice and hot, you could make several of these in a short time!

Have you tried foiling yet?Creative Scrapbooker Magazine Fall 2018 Cover

Loved your card Kim. I’m just a tad bit partial to anything coffee themed.

    • I have a bit of a coffee love affair as well – I understand! Thanks for the love!
