Hey Creative Scrapbooker Fans! For today’s blogpost, I’m sharing with you how I created these beautiful vintage Inspirational Tags. To create these tag, I used the Simple Vintage Essentials Color Palette Collection from Simple Stories Aswell as a variety of adhesives from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L. You’ll want to grab a cup of your favourite beverage and learn how to create my Inspirational Tags. To start, we’ll create the wander tag. Choose one of the tags off of the Blue & Purple Tags out of the Simple Vintage Essentials Color Palette Tags Kit from Simple Stories. Sand the edges of the tag. Next, you’ll need the Purple Collage paper out of the Simple Vintage Essentials Color Palette Collection from Simple Stories. Fussy cut out the paper the purple flowers, purple circle, key and strip with words. Cut the strip with words to 5/8” x 3 ¼”. Sand the edges of the pieces. Fussy cut the large purple label found in the Simple Vintage Essentials Color Palette Bits & Pieces from Simple Stories. Sand the edges of the image. Fussy cut a large purple butterfly found in the Simple Vintage Essentials Color Palette Butterfly Bits from Simple Stories. Sand the edges of the butterfly. Use E-Z Runner from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the purple flowers all the way to the right and ¾” from the top of the tag. Adhere the purple circle 1” from the left and 1 ½” from the top of the tag. Adhere the word strip all the way to the left and 1” from the bottom of the tag. Use E-Z Runner from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the butterfly ¼” from the left and 2 1/8” from the top of the tag. Adhere the key to the bottom of the word strip as desired. Use 3D Foam Squares from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the large purple label 3/8” over the left side and 7/8” from the bottom of the tag. Next, you’ll need the wonder word off of the Simple Vintage Essentials Color Palette Cardstock Stickers from Simple Stories. Stick the wonder word on the large purple label as desired. Punch a hole at the top of the tag and tie a piece of twine through the hole in a bow. Here is a closeup of the finished Wonder Tag. Next, we’ll create the Shine Tag. Choose one of the tags off of the Yellow & Green Tags out of the Simple Vintage Essentials Color Palette Tags Kit from Simple Stories. Sand the edges of the tag. Next, you’ll need the Yellow Collage paper out of the Simple Vintage Essentials Color Palette Collection from Simple Stories. Fussy cut out the paper the sunflower, heavy cream circle, lemon and script strip. Cut the script strip to ½” x 2”. Sand the edges of the pieces. Fussy cut a medium yellow butterfly found in the Simple Vintage Essentials Color Palette Butterfly Bits from Simple Stories. Sand the edges of the butterfly. Fussy cut the large yellow label as well as take out of a heart with a yellow flower on it found in the Simple Vintage Essentials Color Palette Bits & Pieces from Simple Stories. Sand the edges of the images. Use E-Z Runner from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the sunflower 1” from the left and 5/8” from the top of the tag. Adhere the lemon ¼” from the right and 2 5/8” from the top of the tag. Adhere the script strip 1” from the left and 1 1/8” from the bottom of the tag. Adhere the yellow cream circle 5/8” from the right and ¾” from the top of the tag. Use E-Z Runner from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the butterfly 2 1/8” from the left and 2 ¾” from the top of the tag. Adhere the key to the bottom of the word strip as desired. Use 3D Foam Squares from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the large yellow label 1/8” over the left side and 1 3/8” from the bottom of the tag. Off of the Simple Vintage Essentials Color Palette Rub Ons from Simple Stories, you’ll need to cut out the Shine Word. Place the Shine word on the yellow label and rub it on. Add three yellow enamel dots off of the Simple Vintage Essentials Color Palette Warm Enamel Dots from Simple Stories to the tag as desired. Punch a hole at the top of the tag and tie a piece of twine through the hole in a bow. Here is a closeup of the finished Sine Tag. The last tag we’ll create is the little things tag. Choose one of the tags off of the Blush & Orange Tags out of the Simple Vintage Essentials Color Palette Tags Kit from Simple Stories. Sand the edges of the tag. Next, you’ll need the Blush Collage paper out of the Essentials Color Palette Collection from Simple Stories. Fussy cut out the paper the rose, bird, pink shield, pink ticket and cream tickets. Sand the edges of the pieces. Fussy cut the large blush label found in the Essentials Color Palette Bits & Pieces from Simple Stories. Sand the edges of the images. Fussy cut a medium pink butterfly found in the Essentials Color Palette Butterfly Bits from Simple Stories. Sand the edges of the butterfly. Use E-Z Runner from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the cream tickets ½” from the left and 1 ¾” from the top of the tag. Adhere the pink shield 2” from the left and 2 3/8” from the top of the tag. Use 3D Foam Squares from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the large pink label all the way to the left and 1” from the bottom of the tag. Use E-Z Runner from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the pink ticket all the way to the left and 1” from the bottom of the tag. Use 3D Foam Squares from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the rose all the way to the left side of the tag as desired. Use E-Z Runner from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the bird behind the rose as desired. Next, you’ll need the little things word strip off of the Essentials Color Palette Cardstock Stickers from Simple Stories. Stick the little things word strip on the large blush label as desired. Add three blush & pink enamel dots out of the Essentials Color Palette Warm Enamel Dots from Simple Stories and stick on the tag as desired. Punch a hole at the top of the tag and tie a piece of twine through the hole in a bow. Here is a closeup photo of the little things tag.
