As the days get shorter, darker, and closer to Christmas, I find myself up in my craft room contemplating Christmas. I don’t have enough cards made and have lost my creative mojo. Like everyone, I’m getting weary of COVID dos and don’ts, but feel strongly about their importance. During these nights in my craft room, I have gotten into watching Lucifer on Netflix! It has been a long time since a series entertained me so much, I am LOVING it! It is easy enough to follow while I play with my supplies, yet I have been pulled into the story! About a week or so ago, I made all kinds of tag bases with my Ranger paints, stencils, and gel plates. Didn’t overthink them, just played and watched TV. It felt good, it felt easy, it felt fun. Last night as I made my way to Season 2 of Lucifer,…

Happy Monday Creative Scrapbookers! It’s Jayme here with a little peek at what is on my scrapbook table. I’ve started working on a Christmas gift for my daughter, which may be the earliest I have ever accomplished such a thing. I’m feeling rather proud of myself! So, what is this gift going to be? A recipe book! My daughter comes from a long line of people who love to cook, and she is no exception. She will graduate this year and head off to her adult life soon, so I thought it might be a useful keepsake to have a collection of some of her best-loved recipes from our house as well as those of her grandparents’. I started with a Prima Memory Hardware Chipboard Album and found the perfect paper line from Simple Stories called ‘Apron Strings’. It’s filled with great vintage kitchen images and I love using the…
