Creative Scrapbooker Magazine’s VIP Membership Club: a monthly membership program for exclusive access to demos, interactive chats, classes, crops and more!

What’s included in your Creative Scrapbooker’s VIP Membership:

  • Weekly Live and Interactive Demos
    – Technique-rich demos lead by our design team members and special guests with heads-up on materials required to follow along. (Live on Zoom and streamed to Facebook).
  • Weekly Must Have Mondays
    – Quick pre-recorded videos from our team of what we simply must HAVE in our craft rooms. (Posted to our private Facebook Group).
  • 1 Fireside Chat with Jackie / month
    – Keeping it real! Get the inside scoop and learn about our process and giggle with Jackie! (Live on Zoom for members only and streamed to private Facebook group).
  • 1 Crop / month
    – 3rd Saturday of every month – for 8 Hours: 12 Noon EST to 8pm EST (Hosted on Zoom for members only and streamed to private Facebook group).
  • 1 Exclusive Class / month with optional kit
    – 1 class led by an amazing instructor with optional kit available for sale. (Hosted on Zoom for members only and streamed to private Facebook group).
  • Be a part of an inspirational and supportive community through Facebook chats and shares with people who share your passion and curiosity. We hold deep value in listening, testing and being fascinated with what members value.

How much does the CSM VIP Membership cost?

Monthly fee: $xxCAD

Annual fee: $xx CAD – Save yy% and receive a personalized Creative Scrapbooker Magazine protective mask.

When can I start my membership?

Memberships (monthly or annual) can be purchased on the 1st & 2nd day of every month.  After the first 2 days have passed, you must wait until the subsequent month to join the club.  There will be a “Welcome to the Club” meeting on the 3rd day of every month to explain how everything works and answer any questions you may have”.

How do I join Creative Scrapbooker’s VIP Membership group on Facebook?

Once you have purchased your membership, visit our group link and request access to the group. We will admit you to our group when we confirm your membership is active.

Do I need to be on Facebook to join the classes and watch the demos?

There are two ways to participate in our live classes, demos and chats: Using ZOOM or using FACEBOOK. That being said – our Facebook community will be a wonderful group to share and interact with those who share your passion!

What is ZOOM?

Zoom is the platform we are using to host our live chats, classes, webinars, demos and more! You will need to download the FREE Zoom app and set up your account to join us. We will send you zoom meeting invitations via email to join our upcoming events!

When there is a  kit available for an upcoming class – how do I order it?

For upcoming classes that offer kits, we will provide the link for you to order the kit in advance of the presentation.

Can I see Class videos from prior to my membership start date?

I have no idea – I think you can as long as you are an active member and have access to the Facebook Group.

We can also record the zoom class/demo sessions and load them onto Facebook or maybe even on private page on our website that requires a password to access?

How do I manage my CSM VIP Membership?

You can update your membership by going to www.xxxxxxx . There you can update your Payment Method, change your password, or cancel your membership.

Will I be able to access the private CSM VIP Facebook Group when my membership expires?

Monthly memberships expire 30 days after purchase date: You will be removed from our private Facebook Group if you do not renew within 5 days after expiration date.

Annual memberships expire 365 after purchase date. You will be removed from our private Facebook Group if you do not renew within 5 days after expiration date.

What happens if I cancel my membership?

If you decide to cancel your membership, your membership will remain active through the end of your monthly billing cycle. At that time, you will no longer be charged and lose access to our Facebook group and no longer receive invitations for Zoom meetings.

What happens when I restart to the membership?

When you restart your membership, you will regain access to the Facebook Group and receive invites for Zoom meetings, and will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Does Creative Scrapbooker Magazine to my Credit Card information?

To protect the card holder, Creative Scrapbooker Magazine does not have access to your Credit Card information. All transactions are handled and stored by Stripe, our trusted payment processor.

After my monthly subscription begins, when will my credit card get charged?

Your credit card will be charged on the 1st day of every month. For example, if you joined on January 1st, your next payment will be February 1, then March 1, and so on.

Is the membership in US or Canadian currency?

The membership is in Canadian dollars.

What types of payments do you take?

We currently can accept most types of credit cards and debit cards. This includes pre-paid credit cards for anyone who prefers their convenience.

Do you accept PayPal?

At this time, we are unable to accept PayPal as a payment method

Will you be offering additional features in the future?

Absolutely! We are planning new features and will be sharing updates regarding these in the near future.
