What’s included in your Membership:
Membership in our VIP Club is separate from Creative Scrapbooker Magazine. We bring content to an exclusive VIP Club Facebook group where our community comes together to share and inspire one another with scheduled demos, classes, crops, and more! If you wish to stop the auto-renewal, simply access your account through the “My Account” login with your email. You can come back to join our Village again at any time!

A full schedule of events will be posted In the VIP Club Vault: aka “Village Vault”. To enter the Village Vault, click on Access VIP “My Account” Login and enter your email address and password. If you haven’t logged in for a while, you may have reset your password.

How do I join Creative Scrapbooker’s VIP CLUB Facebook group?
Once you have purchased your membership, visit our group link www.facebook.com/CreativeScrapbookerVIPCLUB and request access to the group. We will admit you to our group when we confirm your membership is active.
Do I need to be on Facebook to join the classes and watch the demos?
Yes, our Facebook community will be a private group to share ideas and interact with those who share your passion! https://www.facebook.com/groups/vipcreativescrapbookermagazine
What is ZOOM and why do I need it?
Zoom is the platform we are using to host our live monthly crops! You will need to download the FREE Zoom app https://zoom.us and set up your account to join us. We will email you the Zoom invitation (which includes a direct link) for each monthly CROP.
When there is a kit available or a shopping list provided for an upcoming class – how do I order it?
For upcoming classes that offer optional kits and/or identify a shopping list, we will provide the link for you to order the kit and/or materials in advance of the presentation. We will be sure to give you enough lead time to order and receive your materials. You will find class information in our Village Vault and in our Facebook group.
Can I see Online Class videos that were released prior to my membership start date?
If you are an active member, you will have access to the Facebook Group where the videos will be archived. Visit the Village Vault to find past calendars with links to each date/event.
How do I manage my VIP Club Membership?
You can update your VIP Club membership by going to “My Account” Login. Enter your email address and password. You may have to request a new password if you haven’t logged in for a while.
Will I be able to access the private CSM VIP Club Facebook Group when my membership expires?
Your name will be removed from our private Facebook Group and you will lose access to the Village Vault if your account becomes inactive. If you are set up to auto-renew, you do not need to worry about this.
How does the Auto-renewal process work?
With the auto-renewal, your card will be charged at the end of your current membership term. You may cancel your membership at any time and enjoy the benefits until the end of your current cycle.
Refunds:
There are no refunds. You may cancel your membership at any time and enjoy the benefits until the end of your current membership term. You can update your VIP Club membership by going to Access VIP “My Account” Login.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can update your VIP Club membership by going to Access VIP “My Account” Login. If you decide to stop the auto-renewal of your membership, your membership will remain active through the end of your current membership term.
What happens when I restart the membership?
When you restart your membership, you will regain access to the Facebook Group and Village Vault and have access to all the joys of this inspiring community.
What types of payments do you take?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. This includes pre-paid credit cards.
Will you be offering additional features in the future?
Absolutely! We are always planning new features and will be sharing updates as they are created!
