I created the yellowish transparency in the background using the Judi-Kins embossable window plastic along with Clearsnap Watermark ink and Harmonie Accent powders. I used 3M vellum spray and Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L myStik and foam squares to adhere it all into place! Creating a metallic transparency is super duper easy to do.
