Crop Dates & Times:
Calgary (April 11 & 12, 2025):
Crop Day 1: Friday, April 11 from 9am to 9pm
Crop Day 2: Saturday, April 12 from 9am to 5pm
Registration starts at 9:00 AM on Saturday, February 1st.
Edmonton (May 23 & 24, 2025):
Crop Day 1: Friday, May 23 from 9am to 9pm
Crop Day 2: Saturday, May 24 from 9am to 5pm
Registration starts at 9:00 am on Sunday, February 2nd.
CROPPER NOTES:
– A single crop space is a shared 6′ table with you and another person. You have the option to purchase more creative space so that you get the full 6′!
– There is no limit to how many crop spaces you may purchase at once.
– If you have purchased more than one space, we will contact you for the names of each registrant shortly after we receive your order.
– Crop seating will be assigned in advance and thus we can sit you as a group.
– Croppers can access the floor first! Early bird floor access at 9am on Day 1!
REFUNDS:
While we cannot offer refunds, you are welcome to give your space to a friend! Please just let us know at least 5 business days before the event registration so that we can create the appropriate badges for the show.
