Hello, Connie Nichol here today with a couple of cards I created with the Ruffled Peony Bouquet stamp set from Picket Fence Studios.  Picket Fence Studios is a family run business out of Louisiana and they manufacture some simply stunning stamps and stencils.  Use the entire peony bouquet on the card, or snip out one or two flowers and some extra leaves.  Ah, peonies.  Makes me think of spring. I stamped onto watercolour paper using Ranger embossing ink and heat embossed with black embossing powder.   I coloured the image with  Nuvo watercolor pencils from Tonic Studios..I then added a touch of glitter and more intense colour with Kirarich glitter highlighters from Zebra Pen.  These highlighter pens were just the perfect shade for my peony flowers and leaves. I used Tonic Studios Craft Perfect mirror and glitter cardstock from this mixed cardstock pack for my card base.  I have a weakness…
