Wow! The weeks of April keep flying by, yet we STILL find ourselves impatiently waiting for spring! How many weeks have I now mentioned this? This seems to be a forever wish for lots of us in Canada and many of our friends to the south! I have heard that British Columbia has found spring; wish they had the power to send some east!
This week we are visiting Lee-Anne Thornton from Calgary, Alberta. Some of you may recognize her name as she has been published a few times now in the magazine and is a frequent contributor to the Sketchy Gallery! She is a very talented scrapbooker who is also part of the My Creative Sketches design team as well as a blogger. You can visit her blog at: http://lee-annelovethejourney.blogspot.ca
I wanted to create a “woman cave” where I can go de-stress and have a sanity break. I love to have everything close by and accessible.

The two rolling carts that I bought from Ikea are used for creating crafts and the other one is for my paints, sprays and mixed media supplies. I can roll them over beside my table when I create.

I also love the “cube” idea so that I can add storage boxes to pull out when I need flowers, stamps or ribbons.
My Silhouette Cameo is to the right side of my table in its own special place with drawers underneath to keep papers, scraps and mats so it’s easily accessible and I can sit and my table while it cuts and works it’s magic.

I love Lee-Anne’s “woman cave” and think she has an amazing space in which to create! Remember, these weekly blog post are all about WHERE YOU CREATE! We want to see your space! It doesn’t matter how big or small, we love to see them ALL!
![We want to see where you scrapbook or craft! It is so easy! Snap a few photos of your space and tell us a bit about it. Email your photos (as attachments to a SINGLE email, please) to Kim at kim[at]canadianscrapbooker[dot]ca. Each Friday, Kim will pick a scrap space to highlight on our blog. We are so excited to see where you have been creating!](http://www.canadianscrapbooker.ca/jackie/files/Where-You-Create.png)
