WHERE YOU CREATE truly is all about YOUR spaces! We love getting your emails sharing your creative spaces.
We get to take a peek inside your house, we’re like the nosy neighbour who wants to see where you gather inspiration for all your gorgeous scrapbook layouts, cards, and journals…the list go on! I think it’s human nature to be curious about others. Sometimes we are looking for decorating ideas, storage ideas, how to work in small spaces or maybe we just dream of a space to call our own!
Regardless of why we choose to link to the blog post that shares YOUR creative spare…first and foremost THANKS for letting us in! I know I personally love to see it all. I especially like to see how you store and organize things…when I come away with an idea I can use in my own space, I feel like I have hit the jack pot!
So, this week’s WHERE YOU CREATE is not showcasing one particular room, but instead I wanted to share how to get YOUR space on our blog! It’s really easy! These posts are not about perfection, please do not feel you have to have a ‘home & garden’ version of a craft room to share. We love them all and often are drawn to the ones that most reflect our own lifestyle. So don’t be shy…let us in! You also do not have to tidy it up if you don’t want to…then we might also be able to sneak a peek at what you are orking on or products you love to use!
What I would like to get from you when you e-mail a space to share is a paragraph or two about your space. What you love most about it? Do you share it with anyone? What are your favourite storage ideas? Before and after pictures are always fun? Did you get a great deal on something? These make for a fun article to share. I also need pictures that are a decent size, around 1mb is great. When I get your pictures I sometimes have to crop, straighten or lighten them a bit for the blog. Small files are not happy when I do this and become too grainy as the resolution lowers and therefore do not share nicely on the blog.
Keep those emails coming! WE LOVE THEM!
We are so excited to see where you have been creating!

I love this feature cause I’m always looking for ways to better organize my supplies – the more you have the more important it is to be organized 😛
