OKAY…hold up on the reins of summer! How did it get to be the middle of July already! That just boggles my mind! Calgary Stampede has been and gone, festivals a plenty have started across Canada, There is so much to see and do during our summers in this amazing country, that time easily gets away from us! Take it all in so you have lots of memories to scrapbook throughout the year!
When you come in from play and need a mental break; take a peek at Maureen Wade’s craft space! It’s a fun, colourful room that inspires creativity!
Recently we organized our basement family room. My husband and daughter (25 years old) made this incredible craft room.
It is for both my daughter and I, a multi-purpose room!
We used existing storage and purchased new pieces from Ikea and the Dollar store. I think it turned out great!

Love the idea of the third work spot coming out of the centre of the table. Very smart. Nice multiple work space.
I see you have discovered Ikea for your craft room as well. Mine is 95% Ikea.
