Happy Friday! Itβs November 21st and the countdown is on! One month until the winter solstice! A happy day in my world, and the day where we start adding more sunlight to our world! The next month will be tough from a vitamin D standpoint but fortunately will be busy with Christmas preparations and parties! We can do it!
While dreaming of brighter days, I thought we would share Michelle Kuijerβs creative space this week. I was drawn to the warmth of her wall colour! Letβs peek inside!
Here is my current scrapbook space. My room is painted my favourite color; ORANGE!Β Β I have a small room that I share with my husband (he gets a small corner of the room). I had my dear husband, a.k.a. DH; install the βmedia stixβ for my ink pads as well as the picture shelf for wood stamps and other cool things. I don’t like to put shelves above my work area for 2 reasons…even with anchors we have had the shelves fall and it makes me feel a little bit claustrophobic as it gets pretty dark.
I used lots of Ikea purchases for storage; towel rails, cd/dvd boxes and magazine files. I bought all the white cubes using coupons, DH put the shelf on top as a counter for me. Β I am still working on a display rack for my Tim Tags from a couple of years ago, it will go either on the wall above my inks or above my TV.

I have been in Michelle’s scraproom and DH gets a corner just to the left of her Silhouette and Making Memories shelf. Love how bright her room is!
