Hello, Connie Nichol here today with a layout featuring ‘Inside the Lines Designer Series Paper from Stampin’ Up!
This paper is a free item in the Sale-A-Bration campaign that ends March 31, 2017, so hurry if you want some!!! If you’re not familiar with Sale-A-Bration, you get free items from a special catalogue with every $60 you spend ($50 for my American friends), so it’s a great time of year to stock up on Stampin’ Up! products.
The pack of free paper comes with 12 sheets, 3 each of 4 designs that you can colour with whatever you want! Pencil crayons, markers, watercolours….. colour a little, or colour a lot!
I decided to colour my paper with Chameleon pens. These are SO cool. They are alcohol ink markers that allow you to create a variety of shades from just one pen. So all the shades of pink and green that you see are from one pink and one green pen.
This is the back side of the patterned paper. Isn’t it pretty? Just make sure when you are colouring paper with alcohol ink markers to have scrap paper underneath.
I wanted to keep the layout simple with the focus on the photos and the background paper, so I simply coloured a few extra flowers and popped them up with dimensional adhesive. Simple but effective.
So be sure to get some of this beautiful paper and customize it with colour however you want. It’s lots of fun.
Supplies: Stampin Up! patterned paper and ink, Chameleon pens, Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L, Kaisercraft chipboard letters.
