Here’s what to expect for your PRINT subscription refund:
Delivery of Your Final Issue: Our Winter 2025/26 issue will arrive in your mailbox in mid to late November 2025, pending postal delivery times.
Your Subscription Status: We’ve emailed you the details outlining how many issues will remain on your subscription after the Winter 2025/26 issue has been delivered.
If your subscription extends beyond this final issue, you will automatically receive a prorated refund for those remaining issues. If you didn’t receive this email, please check your junk folder or reach out to us directly by email.
Refund Processing:
• Credit Cards: If your subscription was set up with a credit card, we kindly ask that you please DO NOT open a dispute with your credit card provider, as this creates unnecessary fees and delays for everyone. Refunds will be prorated for any undelivered issues, as your Winter 2025/26 issue will still be sent to you. We promise to handle all refunds with care and appreciate your patience as we complete this process. Refunds will begin processing after November 10, 2025, and may take a few days to appear on your credit card statement.
• Cheque payments: If your subscription was paid by cheque, we will connect with you directly to arrange your refund by cheque, e-transfer, or PayPal—whichever is most convenient for you. Please email us with your preference.
Checking Your Account: You can view the number of issues remaining in your subscription by signing into your account. Once you are signed in, the “LOGIN” tab at the top of our website will change to “MY ACCOUNT“. Click on “MY ACCOUNT” then open the Subscriptions section. There, you’ll see the first and last issue of your current subscription, along with the number of shipments remaining. If it’s been a while since you logged in, or you’re unsure which email you used to create your account, simply request a password reset or email us.
NOTE: After November 10th, if the WINTER 2025/26 issue is the last issue in your current subscription, your name and address will already have been included on our mailing list for that issue. At that point, your account will no longer display an active subscription in the Subscriptions section.
Automatic Renewals: For subscribers with automatic renewals, please note that this feature will be turned off for all accounts.

VILLAGE OF INSPIRED PEOPLE CLUB
Here’s what to expect for your VIP Club Membership refund:
January 2026: This will be our final active month in the VIP Club, filled with contests, demos, classes, and one last VIP Club Crop to celebrate together.
February 2026: The VIP Club Facebook Group and Village Vault will remain open for you to revisit and download anything you may have missed until February 28, 2026.
Your Membership Refund: Since our VIP Club will remain fully active until the end of January 2026, memberships will continue to renew through to January 26, 2026. Then, on February 1, 2026, we will automatically refund your credit card for the remaining portion of your VIP Club membership. Please allow time for this refund to process — we kindly ask that you do not open a dispute with your credit card provider, as this creates unnecessary fees and delays for everyone. We promise to handle all refunds with care and appreciate your patience as we complete this process.
• For example, if your membership renewed for three months on December 1, 2025 you’ll receive a prorated refund for February 2026.
• If your membership renewed on January 1, 2026, for three months, you’ll receive a prorated refund for unused time up to March 31, 2026 – in this case, a refund covering the 2 months of February & March 2026.
Checking Your Account: You can view the time remaining in your membership balance by signing into your account. Once you are signed in, the “LOGIN” tab at the top of our website will change to “MY ACCOUNT“. Click on “MY ACCOUNT” then open the Subscriptions section. The “renewal” date shown in this section represents the final day of your current membership cycle.
• For example: if it says “Renews 2026-01-16,” your current end date would be January 15, 2026.
If it’s been a while since you logged in, or you’re unsure which email you used to create your account, simply request a password reset by clicking on the “Forgot your password?” prompt or email us.
If you wish to cancel your membership before January 31, 2026, you are welcome to do so by signing into your account. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. If your cycle extends beyond January 31, 2026, we will issue a prorated refund for the remaining days after that date.
