Begin by apply embossing paste over your favorite stencil. Add  Rock Candy Embossing Powder to the top; heat set. Add a bit of wash tape here and there on the record; dry brush white paint over the top. Emboss Boozy Bear Chipboard: Circle Envy with Rock Candy Embossing Powder. Adhere to top of Wild Whisper Watercolour patterned paper. Adhere to top of prepared recorded with adhesive. Apply embossing ink here and there on record; sprinkle Rock Candy Embossing Powder over top. Heat set.
