Hello everyone – Cathy Caines here  I think by playing with ice cream and popsicle stamps, I can convince myself that it’s Summer outside my froze bitten window. Oh yes, the calendar tells me it’s Spring and that silly Shuebenacadie Sam groundhog supposedly saw his shadow but it couldn’t be farther from the truth on the East Coast of Canada.  Perhaps it’s time for that guy to get some glasses. I spent a great deal of time stamping different colour combinations and putting together a number of die cuts using the Cool Treats stamp and die cuts.  It’s the way I roll. It wasn’t until I truly thought about my favourite ice cream that I found the perfect fit. Mint Chocolate Chip!
