Tuesday with the Team with Desiree Saskiw – featuring Spellbinders and Heartfelt Creations

Hello everyone – Desiree Saskiw here on the blog today! This was my first crack at a mixed media project! As I dug through my supplies looking for products to use I came across the Spellbinders shapeabilites “Sweet Treats” diecut template as well as the Heartfelt Creations “Sun Kissed Fleur” custom design template. I then grabbed the matching Heartfelt Creations “Sun Kissed Collection” paper pack and set to work! I was very pleased with the flowers that I got from the die cut template and how they added great dimension to my piece. I also loved the Spellbinders lemonade cup, which gives subtle tribute to my friends innate ability to turn “lemons in to lemonade!” My friend in the photograph is soon turning 40 so I figured that instead of giving her a bunch of flowers that will wither and die, why not create a scrapbooked, lasting bouquet! CHA Review: Heartfelt Creations

I know there are many of us in love with the gorgeous styles of stamps, dies and papers designed by Heartfelt Creations. Their booth at CHA was sooo beautiful! I think this paper crafted dress form captures the essence of this wonderful company! Their floral dies are…well…to “die” for. This is evident on all their projects on display. Their newly released “Majestic Morning” collection includes a paper pack, dies and stamps. It’s gorgeous! All collections on display are stunning, actually. You can use Heartfelt Creations products to design scrapbook layouts and paper crafts too! Isn’t this birdhouse fabulous? Seeing this wall of layouts in their booth was inspirational.
