Happy Monday! Kim here with a quick card to share! I have been wanting to work with this paper collection from Heartfelt Creations for sometime now, but there always seems to be something else that needs to get done! Friday morning I put it on the top of my to-do list and am so happy I did. Creative time is so good for my soul! Celebrate the Journey collection also has some wonderful dies and stamps that play fabulously together! These are just a few! I chose to make my own background paper using Canadian Scrapbooker’s Superstock, Clearsnap Colorbox chalk & pigment inks and of course the wonderful stamp shown below! I matted the background with paper from the collection and began to build my card. I used the hot air balloon stamp to create my dimensional elements and layered May Arts ribbon & pieces of patterned papers to get the look I wanted.…
