Hello, Connie Nichol here today with a project featuring Heartfelt Creations Italian Riviera paper collection and Italian Grapevines die. ย I was lucky enough to spend a couple of days last fall in the Niagara region of Ontario, Canada last fall and these products were the perfect fit for photos I took during a wine tour. ย Did you know there was almost 100 wineries in Ontario? ย Wow. ย What a beautiful part of the country. The layout went together very quickly. ย The patterned paper is so pretty you don’t need to add much in the way of embellishment. ย I die cut some grape vines from the light green coloured sheet in the paper collection to make a border along the bottom of the page and added a stamped quote from Quietfire Design. ย The calligraphic quote fits perfectly on a Heartfelt Creations journalling card. Supplies: ย Heartfelt Creations patterned paper and…

Hey everyoneโ€ฆKim here, sharing my take on our April Sketch.ย  This monthโ€™s sketch is a very basic, graphic design that could be used over and overโ€ฆand look different every time! I love that! My four square grid is a bit โ€œlostโ€ in the background, but if you look youโ€™ll see it! I used products from Heartfelt Creationโ€™s collection, โ€œItaliana Rivieraโ€. These papers, stamps and dies are stunning! They were so fun to play with. Check out this detail shot to see the layers. Some of the layers were made with the stamp, dies and Clearsnap Chalk inks. The other layers were created by โ€œfussyโ€ cutting from a second sheet of paper and layering on top of the same image using Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L foam squares.ย  Heartfelt Creationโ€™s Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit was used to add dimension to my cuts. I was so pleased with how the details looked on…

Flip Frame Calendar by Nicole Wright – as seen on page 84 of our Spring 2016 issue of Creative Scrapbooker Magazine Iโ€™m back to share a project I was inspired by a couple months ago.ย  Nicole here and youโ€™ll want to check out One Lucky Dayโ€™s awesome Flip Frame with 2016 Calendar pages.ย  I printed off the fun calendar pages and then went to town decorating each month!ย  Here is my take and tutorial on this fun Flip Frame Calendar. I started by cutting 3 ยผโ€x 5โ€ pieces of chipboard measuring 3/8โ€ in on the sides.ย  I marked each of the 12 pieces and punched out the holes. I measured and cut this gorgeous Heartfelt Creations Everyday Hero paper pack.ย  I used Crafty Power Tape to adhere all the paper to the chipboard. I distressed all the edges with my sanding block then inked with Ranger…

Hi there, Connie Nichol here today with a romantic scrapbook layout inspired by the February sketch in the CSM Sketchy Gallery. Here’s the sketch this month. ย I ended up only using the idea of a heart tucked behind the photo, but it was a good place to start. I started with the most gorgeous piece of patterned paper from Heartfelt Creations Peacock and Paisley line. ย The colours and patterns are simply beautiful. I stamped a romantic stamp from Quietfire Design onto one of the patterned Heartfelt Creations journalling cards. ย It was a perfect embellishment for a wedding photo. For the finishing touches, the title ‘Always and Forever’, heart and butterflies were cut from Quietfire Design digital cutting files using a Sizzix Eclips 2 and the calligraphic heart is a metal die from ย the Calligraphic Elements 1 set fromย Elizabeth Craft Designs. ย  Head over to the Quietfire Design blog to see…
