Every year Stampin’ Up! has a promotion during the months of January through March called Sale-a-Bration.  Sale-a-Bration gives a chance to customers to receive exclusive products with every $60 qualifying order. Party Pandas just so happens to be one of my favourite exclusive items from this year’s promotion. You’ve got less than one month to try to snag these perfect little Party Pandas stamp set. Both of today’s projects begins with a small piece of watercolour paper. Using an aqua painter or water brush, I did a background wash with Calypso Coral refill ink. You can also create a watercolour wash using ink pads, markers and paint.
