Today we’d like to introduce to you a company that is near and dear to our CSM hearts! WESTCOTT has been in business since 1872! That’s a lot of years of providing quality products to customers who are obviously happy! As scrapbookers, cardmakers and paper crafters; we all use tools to cut. Trimmers, scissors and hobby knives are probably what come to mind first for most of us. We don’t often sing praises to our cutting tools, we just take them for granted…unless of course they aren’t working for us! Westcott has made it their business to study the science and engineering behind great tools. From award winning titanium bonded, non-stick scissors, comfort grip hobby knives to trimmers that step up to the plate – Westcott has you covered. These papers are perfect for my daughter’s photo because she adores all things vintage and retro. I used my Brother ScanNCut to create the title, including the hand lettered ‘Hello,’ which is a cut file I designed myself. I also outlined the “Sweet Sixteen” with a Sakura white Gelly Roll pen. This dimensional flower with leaves is from the ScanNCut machine library of images. And the banner is an Impression Obsession stamp that was scanned and cut with the ScanNCut also…. no fussy cutting! I coloured the banners with Tombow Dual Brush Pens. Did you know the ScanNCut also has the ability to draw designs? I used the drawing pens feature for the journaling. That little brown gingham…
