Hello! Kim here with a cute, quick all-occasion card. I like making all-occasion cards because it’s simple to pull out and use for whatever event requires a card. I can always stamp a sentiment on the inside at a later date, as needed.
For this card I used one stamp! This adorable flower cluster from Impression Obsession. I love it!
I also used Susan Weckesser “color POP mini” inks from Clearsnap. One stamp, three inks!
The base of my card is done by stamping a diagonal floral line. I stamped the ink off twice before using the third impression. This gave me a very nice gray, recessed background.
On a scrap piece of CSM Super Stock I stamped three images in black ink. I pressed my coloured ink pads down on a non-stick surface and used the ink plus water brush to colour the images.
I “fussy cut” my flowers and adhered them with foam squares from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3l, on top of some May Arts Ribbon twine [my favourite!]. I added some unknown crystal sparkles to the centers of the flower for some extra texture.
The base of my card is a patterned cardstock from Core’dinations. I love this cardstock because it has a textured, pattern on one side and a smooth white surface on the other side…perfect for card making!
Thanks for checking out my easy card, try working with just ONE stamp and see where it takes you!
