Hey Creative Scrapbooker Fans! Christmas is exactly a month away and I’m excited to be back on the blog sharing with you my tag perfect to hang in any area of your home. The jumping-off point for my project was the Christmas in the Country Collection from Prima Marketing Inc Ink from Ranger and Mini Blending Toolย Dies from Elizabeth Craft Designs Tag from Stampers AnonymousAand adhesive from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L Youโ€™ll want to grab a cup of your favourite Christmas beverage as I share with you how to recreate my project at home.
To start, youโ€™ll need one Mini Tag as well as a reinforcement circle from Stampers Anonymous. Ink the edges of the tag and reinforcement circle using Black Soot Distress Ink and a Blending Tool with Foam from Ranger Ink. Trace the tag around the Most Wonderful Time of the Year Patterned Paper from Prima Marketing Inc. Cut the tag out. Distress the edges of the patterned paper tag. Trace the reinforcement circle around the Compliments of the Season Paper from Prima Marketing Inc. Cut the paper reinforcement circle out. Ink the edges of circle and tag using Black Soot Distress Ink and a Blending Tool with Foam from Ranger Ink. Next, youโ€™ll need the Resin Frame โ€“ Chantilly Royal from Prima Marketing Inc. Set the frame aside. From the Compliments of the Season Paper from Prima Marketing Inc., cut a piece that measures 3 ยพโ€ x 6 1/8โ€. Distress the edges of the paper. Ink the edges of the paper using Black Soot Distress Ink and a Blending Tool with Foam from Ranger Ink. From the Northern Regions Paper from Prima Marketing Inc., cut a piece that measures 4โ€ x 6 ยฝโ€. Distress the edges of the paper. Ink the edges of the paper using Black Soot Distress Ink and a Blending Tool with Foam from Ranger Ink. From the Sweet Santa Clause Paper from Prima Marketing Inc., cut a piece that measures 4 ยผโ€ x 6 ยพโ€, as well as fussy cut a floral bunch out. Distress the edges of the paper. Ink the edges of the paper and the flower bunch using Black Soot Distress Ink and a Blending Tool with Foam from Ranger Ink. Choose two borders strips from the patterned papers weโ€™ve used on the tag from Prima Marketing Inc. Cut one borders strip to 4 ยผโ€. Cut the other border strip to 4โ€. Ink the edges of the border strips using Black Soot Distress Ink and a Blending tool with foam from Ranger Ink. Choose one card and youโ€™ll also need โ€œThe Most Wonderfulโ€ card off of the Spreading Christmas Magic paper from Prima Marketing Inc. Die cut the 2 ยฝโ€ Stitched Oval from Elizabeth Craft Designs out of one of the cards. Cut the โ€œThe Most Wonderfulโ€ sentiment into five strips. Ink the edges of the oval and strips using Black Soot Distress Ink and a Blending Tool with Foam from Ranger Ink. Out of the Christmas in the Country Ephemera Package from Prima Marketing Inc., youโ€™ll need two wreaths, a flower bunch, deer, large bow, cardinal, Christmas Exhibition, and ten stars. Fussy cut the two wreaths, a flower bunch, deer, large bow and cardinal, getting rid of the white around them. Cut the one small wreath and the Christmas Exhibition in half, youโ€™ll only need one of the Christmas Exhibition halves. Distress the edges of the Christmas Exhibition. Ink the edges of the wreaths, flower bunch, deer, large bow, cardinal and Christmas Exhibition half using Black Soot Distress Ink and a Blending Tool with Foam from Ranger Ink. Youโ€™ll need six small red roses, five small white roses, and one large white rose. Use E-Z Runner from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the patterned paper tag to the tag. Use E-Z Runner from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the reinforcement patterned paper circle to the reinforcement circle. Use E-Z Runner from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the reinforcement circle to the tag. ย Use E-Z Runner from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the floral paper to the tag. Use E-Z Runner from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the wood paper to the floral paper. Use E-Z Runner from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the Christmas Polka paper to the wood paper. Use 3D Foam squares from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere one of the wreaths to the top left corner of the Christmas Polka paper. Use thin 3D Foam Squares from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere cardinal to the left side of the wreath. Use E-Z Runner and 3D Foam squares from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere one of the floral bunches to the right of the wreath. Use 3D Foam squares from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the Christmas Exhibition 1โ€ from the right and 3 ยผโ€ from the top of the tag. Use E-Z Runner from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to the full wreath overtop of the Christmas Exhibition square, making sure you can still see some it. Use 3D Foam squares from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the other half of the wreath to the right of the Christmas Exhibition square. Use E-Z Runner and 3D Foam Squares from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the other floral bunch to the left of the wreath we just adhered. Use E-Z Runner from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the stitched oval to the Chantilly frame. Use E-Z Runner from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the Chantilly frame to the left side of the tag, the frame will cover parts of the wreaths and flowers. Use a Dodz from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the large bow to the top of the frame. Use Dodz from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere two small white roses and one small red rose to the top left side of the frame, making sure you can still see the cardinal. Use Dodz from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere three small white roses and five small red roses and one large white rose to the bottom right side of the frame. Use Dodz from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the ten stars as desired around the tag. To finish the tag, tie a bow at the top using Black Ribbon.
