I love the odd little outlined heart rather than a filled in one! Nice little touch. Here is the card Kerry designed featuring the Pink & Main Polka Dot heart background stamp. Kerry created the background using Ranger Tim Holtz Distress Oxide ink and Distress Embossing glaze. She hand cut all the flowers and petals. Adhere them onto the card using Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L and then add a final touch using Engelbelle.com hand-dyed ribbon!
