Check out this absolutely GORGEOUS layout designed by Lori Domes. 
Lori created the background of her layout using a stencil and Tonic Studios Nuvo Crystal Drops. 
She spread the Crystal Drops using a spatula and worked quickly as the Crystal Drops have a short drying period. The result is a beautiful, glossy, textured, bubbly background! (That’s a lot of adjectives:)) AWESOME!
