Ice Cream and Popsicles with Kerry Engel featuring Rina K. Designs

Nothing says summer like ice cream and popsicles!
Therm O Web Rina K. Designs have a fabulous line celebrating just that! They have also included BRIGHT neon colours – after all – is it even really a popsicle unless the colours are electric! Giggle Giggle!
Kerry Engel put this tasty collection to work and created some beautiful designs including the above card.
I absolutely adore all the details on the ice cream cones.

Oh how I love that NEON GREEN! For this popsicle card Kerry used the Therm O Web Rina K. Designs Electro-Pop Neon Glitz Glitter Gel along with stamp and die set.
