Happy Easter season, friends!! Heather Fischer here today showing you how I created these super cute & simple Easter cards with just a few products!!
These can be easily replicated with the Simple Stories Hoppy Easter 12×12 Simple Kit.
Aswell as just a few pieces from the Simple Stories Hoppy Easter Page Pieces.
I pulled out some coordinating cardstock from Prism Studio.
Along with the Prism Studio Stitched Squares die set and the Prism Studio Stitched Scalloped Rectangles die set.

I love the weight of the Prism Studio cardstockβ¦itβs perfect for card bases and all my paper crafting needs!! Β I have a variety of the Prism Studio stacking die sets, and you cannot beat the price for these along with the quality.
Easter is one of my favourite seasons to celebrate, I always send out cards and decorate the house because the decorations are just too cute and Easter reminds me that Spring is on the way..finally π
Keep reading to see how I created these cards⦠
Hoppy Easter – for this card I used the Prism Studio Cherry Blossom card stock along with the Prism Studio Scalloped Rectangle dies. Β I cut 2 designs of the patterned paper using the dies, then went about choosing elements for the card front. Β That adorable Bunny is from the sticker sheet that I attached using Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L 3D Foam Squares.
I choose some more of the stickers and a couple of the pieces from the Simple Stories Page Pieces set then added a few Simple Stories enamel dots for that little bit of added dimension.
Hello, Peeps – this is a little 3βx3β card that I will add to a gift of fresh baking or some chocolate treats! Β I used the Prism Studio Stitched Square die to cut the patterned paper for the panel then popped up that Bunny using Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L 3D foam adhesive. Β I pulled some coordinating twine from my stash to wrap around the top of the card then added that sentiment sticker and done!! Β Small & sweet π
Easter Greetings – For this card base I used Prism Studio Apricot Zinnia. Β I again used the Prism Studio scalloped rectangle dies to cut 2 pieces from the patterned paper as well as a piece of Prism Studio white cardstock for the smallest piece. Β I wrapped a bit of twine around the middle then popped up those Easter Chick stickers with more foam adhesive and added the sentiment sticker. Β Seriouslyβ¦these cards came together in no time at all π
Easter tag – The sentiment tag is from the sticker sheet and I mounted it on the Prism Studio white cardstock, cut a slightly bigger tag from the Simple Stories Hoppy Easter patterned paper, used a border punch for the bottom and attached with some twineβ¦.how perfect for an Easter gift?!!
Shake Your Bunny Tail – I love to make shaker cards!! Β They are easy and fun and everyone loves to shake it up! Β This is a smaller card at just 4.25βx4.25β. Β I created the frame for the shaker element by using 2 of the Prism Studio Stitched Square dies then adhered some acetate to the back then built up with some Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L 3D Foam Strips.
I had this adorable Easter shaker mix in my stash so of course I had to use it! Β The Bunny is from the sticker sheet along with the sentiment sticker and itβs absolutely perfect for this shaker cardβ¦SHAKE Your Bunny Tail!!
Easter Blessings – for this card I used the Prism Studio Sweet Pea cardstock. Β I had the idea of paper weaving along the bottom to mimic a basket so I cut some 1/4β strips of the Simple Stories Hoppy Easter patterned paper and quickly weaved them together along the bottom of the white panel. Β Then I used a scallop border punch on another piece of patterned paper along the top. Β The front panel was die cut from one of the patterned papers in the kit and layered onto a larger size cut from this die set.
Itβs so hard to see in the photos but I do like to add some Nuvo by Tonic Shimmer pen to some of the images for a touch of shineβ¦itβs such a pretty and subtle addition to my finished cards.
After creating these cards and the tag, I still have plenty of the collection left to document our Easter memories!
Wishing you a very Happy Easter full of family, friends and an over abundance of chocolate!!
