From Ball provincials to dance school in Edmonton and a trip to Vancouver – I have been nutso busy with family!ย Sorry for not posting more – I will share some photos in another post! What I am very excited about is this Have a look at the front cover of the Fall 2010 issue of CS! ย Thank you to Heidi Brand for the goregous photo and to Christy Riopel for the fun design.ย Christy used a pile of Harmonie tiles to create the tree on this layout – WE LOVE IT!!!!!!!! The fall issue will hit newsstands Sept 01!!!!ย Can’t wait for you all to see it!

Every once and awhile you meet someone who fits perfectly into your life – like a missing piece in your puzzle!ย For me that person is Cathie Allan! This lady is so genuine, kind, crazy and fills me with so much creative inspiration! I know I have said this before – and I will keep saying it – if you ever get the chance to meet this amazing lady, take a class, do a make and take – whatever – do not miss this opportunity!ย She is one of the most talented people I have ever met!ย Today I am celebrating Cathie – for no particular reason – other then I WANT TO! She has been with Canadian Scrapbooker Magazine for a number of years and simply ROCKS our CPR column.ย We are so very lucky to have Carolyn on our team.ย Carolyn is the Creative Director at Melissa Frances and is very RARELY at home!ย She travels all over the world sharing her scrapbooking skills.
