Hey Creative Scrapbooker Fans! Today, I’m excited to share with you how to create this Hello Friend Card using a variety of products from Lindy’s Gang, Stampers Anonymous, Penny Black, Ranger, Creative Scrapbooker Magazine’s Super Stock, and Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L. Grab your favorite beverage and follow along to recreate this card! Step 1: Prepare Your Watercolor Paper Start by cutting a piece of Cotton Watercolor Paper from Ranger to 6”x6”. Emboss the paper using the Melody Embossing Folder from Penny Black, then trim it down to 4”x5 ¼”, ensuring the embossed music sheet remains visible. From the Lindy’s Gang collection- Alexandra’s Artist, sprinkle Karin’s Coral, Andrea’s Azalea and Martina’s Marigold pigment powders over the paper as desired. Hello, Connie Nichol here with a Halloween project featuring the Happy Haunting Collection from Simple Stories and two stamp sets from Quietfire Design. My oldest son went through the ‘ghoul’ phase when he was 9 and 10 – he wanted only to be a scary masked ghoul with a weapon. The scarier looking the weapon, the better. Sigh. Gone were the cute animal or super hero costumes. Here’s the Simple Stories mini-kit I used: This is such a great kit! Six sheets of double sided patterned paper and a 6×12 sheet of cardstock stickers is the perfect size to create a handful of Halloween layouts and cards without being overwhelmed.
