Hey Creative Scrapbooker Fans! Today, I’m excited to share with you how to create this Hello Friend Card using a variety of products from Lindy’s Gang, Stampers Anonymous, Penny Black, Ranger, Creative Scrapbooker Magazine‘s Super Stock, and Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L. Step 1: Prepare Your Watercolor Paper

Start by cutting a piece of Cotton Watercolor Paper from Ranger  to 6”x6”. Emboss the paper using the Melody Embossing Folder from Penny Black, then trim it down to 4”x5 ¼”, ensuring the embossed music sheet remains visible. Penny Black Inc. Step 2: Add Stamping and Ink Blending

Once the paper has dried, grab the circle stamp from the Deconstructed Stamp Set by Stampers Anonymous. Stampers Anonymous Tim Holtz Deconstructed Stamp Set, featuring a collection of vintage-style designs including numbers, a typewriter-style alphabet, geometric shapes, and technical drawings with arrows and symbols.Apply Jet Black Archival Ink from Ranger to the stamp and randomly stamp it on the paper seven times, re-inking as needed. Step 3: Create the Woodgrain Circle

Cut a circle using Super Stock from Creative Scrapbooker Magazine and the Woodgrain Circle Die from Penny Black. Penny Black Inc. Step 5: Stamp and Color the Leaves

Using the Sketchy Leaves Stamp Set by Stampers Anonymous, stamp two leaves onto Distress Kraft Heavy Stock with Jet Black Archival Ink.Stampers Anonymous Tim Holtz Sketchy Leaves Stamp Set, featuring five intricately detailed, hand-drawn leaf designs, each from different tree species, showcasing a realistic, textured style Color the leaves with Distress Watercolor Pencils in Crackling Campfire, Fossilized Amber, Walnut Stain, Peeled Paint, and Spiced Marmalade from Ranger . Step 5: Stamp the Sentiment

Using the Tiny Text Stamp Set from Stampers Anonymous, stamp the “Hello Friend” sentiment onto a strip of Cotton Watercolor Paper. Ink the edges with Walnut Stain Distress Ink to match the overall tone of the card. Step 6: Assemble the Card

Cut a 4 ¼” x 5 ½” piece of Distress Kraft Heavy Stock and ink the edges with Walnut Stain Distress Ink. Use 3D Foam Squares from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the woodgrain circle about ¼” from the right edge and 5/8” from the bottom.

Add some copper thread on top of the circle, securing it with E-Z Runner from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L. Attach the leaves and sentiment with 3D Foam Squares for added dimension. Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L products, featuring the E-Z Runner Grand adhesive tape dispenser alongside packages of white 3D foam squares in both regular and small sizes, designed for scrapbooking and crafting projects.

Step 6: Final Assembly and Details

To complete the card, splatter Distress Spray Stain in Tarnished Brass from Ranger on the card front. Allow time for the splatter to dry. Cut a piece of Super Stock from Creative Scrapbooker Magazine to 4 ¼” x 11”, score at 5 ½”, and fold to create the card base. Attach the card front to the base using E-Z Runner.
