Hello everyone, Karen Ellis here. Happy 150th Canada and… Happy 4th to all our American Friends! On May 21 I had the privilege of hosting a CSMLIVE on Facebook. During that live Broadcast I demonstrated how to create a Canadian flag monoprint using Gel Press Printing Plates and ArtFoamies Stamps. So you have been seeing the company Gel Press on our blog and various social medias over the past few months. For those of you that know Gel Press – YAHOOOOO – for those of you who don’t – this blog post is for you. What is Gel Press? Gel Press is a company that produces a variety of products with the focus being their Reusable Gel printing plate. AND it is exactly what it says….a gel like plate that is kinda squishy. LOL! How do you use it? 1. Apply paint or texture paste to the plate using a brayer. 2. Add texture lines or drawings, stamp images, or use stencils. 3.
