I, with the help of Art-C, wanted to get the Groove Tool in the hands of our Scrapbookers – have as many people try it out and see for themselves if it’s a tool for them. It’s a fun, hand-held battery operated painting, inking and distressing tool that applies ink and paint to projects with ease!
