I love this cute layout Kelly Klapstein created using Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L Crafty Foam Tape.

To create this layout Kelly used a kit from Urban Scrapbook and based her layout on a PageMap sketch.

To create the circle windows Kelly used a Coluzzle and Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L Crafty Foam Tape.

Sharon, That Coluzzle is “old school” technology, which is discontinued I think. But there are many other hand held circle cutting systems in the market that would work, such as Fiskars and Martha Stewart. Or ask at your local scrapbook store This could also be designed and cut with the Silhouette Cameo or Cricut Gypsy.
