Hello Everyone! It’s Kelly here today to share with you a Christmas card I designed using beautiful FabScraps papers. Have you made any cards this year? I don’t know how it’s already December, and I have been trying to finish off a few more cards.
The hanging ornaments are FabScraps chipboard that I altered with a FabScraps stencil and Viva Décor Ferro, which is like a grainy molding paste with a metallic finish.
I first painted the chipboard ornaments with white gesso.
Then I used this FabScraps stencil and applied the Viva Décor Ferro with a palette knife.
When you lift off the stencil, you see a really cool 3D metallic pattern. Just let dry for a few minutes. It dries very quickly!
Using May Arts ribbon, I finished off the ornaments and card.
This will be my last post until the new year….so even though it’s early, I wish you all a very Merry Christmas!

Cooooool technique Kelly!
I cannot count the times that I have actually made it to my mini-van with 2 toddlers in tow, a
cart loaded with grocery stores in 110 level heat, just to locate on one of my worried checks that my phone is not in my bag, not in the van, not in the cart,
not under the seat, not in my boy’s pants, as well as not on the ground.
