Creative Scrapbooker's VIP Club Cyber Monday Sale

Today on our blog we welcome Nadine Wachter, who is sharing some fabulous Bo Bunny Christmas cards!

Happy Monday Canadian Scrapbookers!

I am Nadine Wachter, and I am so grateful to be here guest blogging today.

My busiest time is the Christmas season, and I can often be found buried in patterned paper. The cards that I am sharing with you today were created as a card class for Treasured Memories. The great thing about all my classes is that I also turn them into take home kits. If you’re not able to attend class you don’t have to worry about missing out. The kits come with all the product, photos & instructions that you would need to create the cards in the samples. The other great thing isΒ the staff will mail the kits out to you. No one gets left out. (Not to toot my own horn, but I also create a beautiful Christmas mini book kit each year, and this year’s is my favourite!)

When I saw Bo Bunny’s line Christmas Collage, I knew I would need to turn it into cards.

Product: pattern paper & flower: Bo Bunny, cardstock: Bazzill, paper & glassine bag: purchased at Creative Packaging, sequin: Teresa Collins, feathers cut with the Silhouette, twine: Prima, vellum, stamp: Kaisercraft

I loved the rusts, the yellows, the birds & the distressed feel of the papers.

2014-10-02 - 2014-10-02

I live in Edmonton, Alberta with my handsome husband Cory and our lively, fabulous, sometimes makes me want to pull my hair out, four-year-old daughter Anna. I am a work from home Momma, but I also work nights at Treasured Memories, I blog at The Beautiful Ordinary and for Treasured Memories, I run the store’s design team and am their month kit coordinator. I wear many hats around here and am grateful that I thrive on being busy. I love capturing moments and freezing them in time and am so grateful I discovered scrapbooking. I have been creating for as long as I can remember but scrapbooking for almost 13 years. I was never a card maker… until one day I was. I work part time and design & teach for Treasured Memories here in Edmonton. There was a need for card classes… the only problem was that I hated card classes. Despite my negative attitude, I decided to give it a whirl, something magical happened and I haven’t looked back. I have been creating card classes for them now for 5 years and I can’t even begin to count how many demo cards I have created, how many kits I have assembled or how many instructions I have typed up.
