Kim Gowdy here on the blog today, happily sharing my layout inspired by the August Sketchy Challenge. I have been struggling to find time in my craft room these past months…but stay focused to get ALL the sketches completed!
The August sketch designed by Kelly Klapstein was very graphic. I swayed from that aspect of the design but otherwise kept pretty true to it.
My layout is pretty simple using papers, stickers and ephemera from Fancy Pant’s “ME-OLOGY” collection. The paw print, cut behind the pictures, was done on my Cricut Explore using Close To My Heart‘s Artistry cartridge. I also used Scrapbook Adhesive by 3L and the little wood veneer dogs were from Studio Calico.
By the way; the topic of my layout…TRUE STORY!
