Hello Friday! How was your week? As I ready for this week’s Where You Create, I have just watched the news and continue to be in awe of the power of weather. I feel bad grumbling over not so great weather when others are dealing with so much flooding and loss…if you can – help, even if it’s putting forward positive thoughts!
Because the world needs a little less crazy…lets head into Arlene’s well organized scrapbooking space! Those of you who follow us on Instagram may know her as @omaarlene …she is always sharing her #CSMphotopromtps and we LOVE that she plays along!
Hi there! I thought I would share my space. My hubby gave me an early gift and had a picture window installed in our basement, I am thrilled! Lots of natural daylight. Here are a few photos…
My husband also made it possible to have my work table be higher so it is a stand-up work table. I love it! I can stand or sit on a stool to work and I can use the space to spread out.
I have my storage behind me…some pantry cupboards as well as some shelving from Ikea.
The tall drawers are also from Ikea. It holds my stamp sets perfectly. (Sadly, it is no longer available)
I store my Cuttlebug plates, embossing folders and dies in this cabinet. I also have stickers and embellishments in some of the binders.
This tall skinny cabinet was a curbside find by a co-worker, that I scooped! It keeps all my patterned paper kits together (by kit) so that helps me when I am creating. I can just pull one out and KNOW that it will all coordinate.
Some of my photos live here; somewhat sorted, as well as the cardstock for my grandchildren to create with.
This is the start of my brand-new storage system from Close to my Heart, I LOVE it! Paper tray, cube for ink cartridges and my markers, so handy.
My desktop holds lots of items; I try to have it organized for my work flow. The shelving from Ikea holds my cardstock, albums and idea books.
My cardstock is sorted by colour family in some Cropper Hopper paper holders.
Hope you enjoyed looking my creation space and are inspired.
