Hello! Kim here, sharing a cute, birthday card I’ve recently made! As I rummaged through my stash of previously made cards, I realized I was getting low on birthday cards! This will be a quick card to make multiples of, to have on hand!Art Impression Cupcake Bffs / Birthday Card / Chameleon Fineliners

For this card, I have used my Art Impression’s Cupcake BFFs stamp. I stamped it to the left side of a piece of Creative Scrapbooker Superstock. My sentiment was stamped separately and cut with a circle punch.Art Impression Cupcake BFFs rubber stamp / Birthday Card

I colored the image with my NEW Chameleon Fineliner Pens, I adore them! Like their big sisters, the Chameleon Pens, the Fineliners can provide tonal, colour transitions like magic! Think how beautiful your journals and planners can be! Colouring with Chameleon Fineliner Pens / Birthday Card

Here, however I have coloured my image using dots and lines – it is such a FUN way to colour smaller images!Birthday Card / Art Impression Cupcake BFFs stamp / Chameleon Fineliners

I’ve added a narrow strip of patterned paper to the right sight, to balance the card and provide needed contrast; using a 6×6 sheet from the Forever In Time Watercolor collection. These stack pads from MultiCraft are the perfect size for card makers!MutiCraft's Forever in Time Watercolor Stack pads / 6x6 cardmaking

I used a variety of adhesives from Glue Dots to bring everything together! Microdots for the bling, Pop-up dots for the sentiment and an adhesive runner for my flat papers!Glue Dots adhesive / super strength / micro dots / pop up dots

I’m really happy how this card turned out and am ready to start colouring more of my favourite Art Impression stamps! You should too!

  2. I absolutely love the way you’ve used the Chameleon Fineliners to colour the details on this fun birthday card image. Luv, luv, luv it and I’m inspired to try this technique with some of my AI stamps. Thanks so much!
