Designs for Therm O Web Electro-Pop Neon Collection allows paper crafters to combine adorable stamps, detail stencils and coordinating dies with various innovative gel mediums to create multi-textured, multi-layered projects full of bright color and dazzling sparkle. The StampnStencil Collections include stamps that can be used alone to create beautiful stamped art, with dies to create easy embellishments, or with the detail stencil to add Neon Enamel, Neon Flock or Neon Glitz Glitter Gel accents. Deco Foil Transfer Gel DUO, when used with the detail stencils, allows you to transfer enamel, flock or even foil to stamped designs in two ways – using heat from a laminator OR pressure from a die-cutting machine. And iCraft Pixie Spray helps keep your stencils in place without leaving messy residue or tearing your paper.
