Hey! Kim here with a quick layout share using the December Sketchy Challenge as my inspiration.
This is a sketch that took me awhile to warm up to. It wasn’t until I started to rotate it and look at photos that I got a feel for how it might work for me. I challenge you to work through a sketch that you don’t love, you may just be surprised with how much you like the end result!
My layout uses the most basic of supplies. I almost always have Creative Scrapbooker Magazine’s Super Stock somewhere on my layout! I LOVE the weight, smoothness and the beautiful, bright white of this cardstock.
I used two types of Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L; White Permanent and Ultra permanent [I always find I need a stronger grip when I adhere anything to the textured side of Bazzil cardstock – used here as the mat around my white CSM Super Stock].
I used a few Ali Edwards embellishments from my stash! I added a nice ‘dollop’ of Ranger’s Glossy Accents to the ribbon sticker for added dimension and shine! I added just a few words of journaling using a black Kelly Creates Fineliner Pen!
2021 can only get better! Hope you find lots of creative inspiration with Creative Scrapbooker Magazine!
Happy New Year Everyone!
