This card by Connie Nichol is not only a GIGGLE maker – it might just be the “sunniest” card EVER!!!!  To create this card Connie laid her Picket Fence Studios stencil down on a piece of Creative Scrapbooker Magazine Super Stock. She then applied Ranger Tim Holtz Distress ink to create the sunburst. Using Therm O Web icraft Mixed Media Adhesive she adhered the sequins over the inked design. She then stamped the Picket Fence Studios sentiment and adhered it to the card.
