Hey Creative Scrapbooker Fans! For today’s blog post, I’m sharing with you how I created this Oh Darling, Let’s Be Adventurers Mini Album featuring the Here & There Simple Stories collection. As well as adhesive from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L. You’ll want to grab a cup of your favourite beverage and learn all about my mini album at home. To start, you’ll need to choose and cut out seven tags from the Tags Elements out of the Here & There Paper Pack from Simple Stories. Sew around the edges of the tags. For the first tag, you’ll need one of the tags from the previous step. Cut a piece that measures 1 5/8” x 3” out of the Floral side of the Travel the World Paper from the Here & There Paper Pack from Simple Stories. Choose one of the labels that measure 1 5/8” x 2 ¾” On Our Way Paper out the Here & There Paper Pack from Simple Stories. Next, you’ll need to fussy cut the globe off the 3×4 Elements Paper out of the Here & There Paper Pack from Simple Stories. Choose two flowers out of the Here & There Floral Bits & Pieces from Simple Stories and then fussy cut around them getting rid of the white. Out of the Here & There Bits & Pieces from Simple Stories, you’ll need the 02 arrow. Sand the edges of all the pieces. Use E-Z Runner from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the floral paper 3/8” from the left and ¼” from the bottom of the patterned side of the tag. Adhere the label 1 1/8” from the left and 3/8” from the bottom of the tag. Use 3D Foam Squares from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the globe to the middle-left side of the tag. Adhere the 02 arrow to the left of the flowers on the globe as desired. Adhere the two fussy cut flowers to the bottom left of the globe as desired. To finish the tag, adhere six enamel dots from the Here & There Enamel Dots from Simple Stories. For the second tag, you’ll need one of the tags from the very first step. Choose two of the washi tapes out of the Here & There Washi Tape from Simple Stories and stick the top piece ½” from the bottom and all the way to the right side of the tag. Adhere the second piece of washi tape 3/8” from the bottom and 3/8” from the right of the tag. Cut a piece that measures 1” x 3” out of the Dotted side of the 3×4 Elements Paper from the Here & There Paper Pack from Simple Stories. Out of the Here & There Journal Bits & Pieces from Simple Stories you’ll need the favourite place arrow. Out of the Here & There Bits & Pieces from Simple Stories, you’ll need the 03 arrow and arrival label. Fussy cut around the arrival label. Sand the edges of all the pieces. Use E-Z Runner from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the dotted paper ¼” from the left and 1/8” from the bottom of the patterned side of the tag. Use 3D Foam Squares from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the arrival label to the middle side of the tag. Adhere the 03 arrow to the right of the arrival word on the label. Adhere the favourite place arrow just below the arrival word. For the third tag, you’ll need one of the tags from the very first step. Cut a image piece that measures 2” x 3” out of the image side of the Travel The World Paper from the Here & There Paper Pack from Simple Stories. Flip the paper over for the floral side and cut a piece that measures ½” x 1 ½”. Choose a 5/8” x 1” label from the On Our Way Paper out of the Here & There Paper Pack from Simple Stories. Choose another small label from the same paper. Choose a label out of the Journal Elements Paper out of the Here & There Paper Pack from Simple Stories. Out of the Here & There Bits & Pieces from Simple Stories you’ll need the polaroid image. Out of the Here & There Floral Bits & Pieces from Simple Stories, you’ll need to choose two single flowers and fussy cut around them. Out of the Here & There Simple Page Pieces from Simple Stories, you’ll need the three floral images as well as the heart arrow and fussy cut around the flowers. Sand the edges of all the pieces. Use E-Z Runner from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the image paper ¾” from the right and ¼” from the bottom of the patterned side of the tag. Adhere the floral paper 5/8” from the right and 5/8” from the top of the tag. Adhere the striped paper ¼” from the right and 7/8” from the top of the tag. Adhere the green label 5/8” from the bottom and 1/8” from the left of the tag. Adhere the small label 1 ¼” from the bottom of the tag and have it overhang the left side of the tag by 3/8”. Use 3D Foam Squares from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the polaroid image to the middle side of the tag. Adhere the heart arrow underneath the top of the polaroid image. Use adhesive and foam squares to adhere the flowers to the left side of the polaroid frame as desired. To finish the tag, adhere two enamel dots from the Here & There Enamel Dots from Simple Stories in amongst the flowers. For the fourth tag, you’ll need one of the tags from the very first step. Cut a piece that measures 1 7/8” x 2” out of the striped side of the On Our Way Paper from the Here & There Paper Pack from Simple Stories. Cut a piece that measures 5/8” x 1 ¼” out of the dotted side of the 3×4 Elements Paper from the Here & There Paper Pack from Simple Stories. Fussy cut the car and words into a strip from the 3×4 Elements from the Here & There Paper Pack from Simple Stories. Out of the Here & There Floral Bits & Pieces from Simple Stories, you’ll need to choose a two-flower bunch and fussy cut around them. Out of the Here & There Bits & Pieces from Simple Stories, you’ll need the 07 arrow. Sand the edges of all the pieces. Use E-Z Runner from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the dot paper ¼” from the left and 1 ¾” from the top of the patterned side of the tag. Adhere the 07 arrow ¾” from the right and 7/8” from the top of the tag. Adhere the striped paper ½” from the left and 1 7/8” from the top of the tag. Use 3D Foam Squares from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the flower bunch to the middle-left side of the tag as desired. Use adhesive and foam squares to adhere the car to the middle of the tag as desired. Adhere the word strip to the bottom left side of the car as desired. To finish the tag, adhere five enamel dots from the Here & There Enamel Dots from Simple Stories. For the fifth tag, you’ll need one of the tags from the very first step. Out of the Here & There Bits & Pieces from Simple Stories, you’ll need the destination label, 04 arrow and globe. Fussy cut around the destination label and globe. Out of the Here & There Floral Bits & Pieces from Simple Stories, choose a three-flower bunch as well as two single flowers and fussy cut around them. Out of the Here & There Journal Bits & Pieces from Simple Stories, you’ll need the Adventure Awaits arrow. Sand the edges of all the pieces. Use 3D Foam Squares from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the Destination Label to the middle of the patterned side of the tag. Adhere the 04 arrow 5/8” from the right and 7/8” from the top of the tag. Use EZ Runner from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the flowers as desired to the right side of the destination label. Use 3D Foam Squares from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the globe to the middle-left side of the destination label as desired. Adhere the adventure awaits arrow to the bottom left side of the globe as desired. To finish the tag, adhere five enamel dots from the Here & There Enamel Dots from Simple Stories. For the sixth tag, you’ll need one of the tags from the very first step. Cut a piece that measures 1 7/8” x 2 7/8” out of the floral side of the Travel The World Paper from the Here & There Paper Pack from Simple Stories. Fussy cut the suitcase out of the 3×4 Elements Paper out of the Here & There Paper Pack from Simple Stories. Out of the Here & There Journal Bits & Pieces from Simple Stories, you’ll need the journey circle and travel notes square. Fussy cut around the journey circle and travel notes square. Sand the edges of all the pieces. Use E-Z Runner from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the floral paper ¾” from the right and 7/8” from the top of the patterned side of the tag. Adhere the journey circle 1 ½” from the left and 1 3/8” from the top of the tag. Use 3D Foam Squares from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the suitcase stack to the middle-right side of the tag as desired. Use adhesive to adhere the travel notes square to the left of the suitcase stack as desired. To finish the tag, adhere five enamel dots from the Here & There Enamel Dots from Simple Stories. For the seventh tag, you’ll need the remaining tag from the very first step. Sand the edges. The patterned side will create the back of your mini album. Flip all the patterned paper tags over. Cut seven pieces that measure 2” x 3” out of a piece of Colour Vibe Textured Cardstock – Black from Simple Stories. Sand the edges of the papers. Use E-Z Runner Adhesive from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L to adhere the cardstock pieces to the back of each tag. To finish the mini album, punch a hole through the top of each tag and hold the mini album together using a jump ring. Here are individual photos of the finished Mini Album. Excellent! How I LOVE Simple stories kits! They do most of the work for you and give one an excellent advantage for all crafts one creates with using their supplies!
