Hey Creative Scrapbooker Fans! Katelyn Grosart here today on the Creative Scrapbooker Magazine blog.  I’m excited to be back sharing with you my pretty card perfect for an anniversary or wedding. The jumping off point for my project was the Forever & Always collection and embellishments from Wild Whisper Designs. Which I combined with some adhesive from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L, dies from Elizabeth Craft Designs,  chipboard from Southern Ridge Trading Company, embossing powder from Emerald Creek Craft Supplies, Super Stock from Creative Scrapbooker Magazine and ink from Ranger, I was able to create this pretty Love Card. You’ll want to grab a cup of your favourite Summer beverage as I share with you how to recreate my card. Fussy cut four large flowers and ten small/medium sized flowers out of the flower paper from the Forever & Always Collection from Wild Whisper. Ink the edges of all of the flowers…

Hello everyone! Kerry Engel here today on the Creative ScrapbookerMagazine blog playing with a FABULOUS new product by Therm O Web Deco Foil – Flock Transfer Sheets. I have fallen in love! Velvet, suede-like surfaces are now so easy to create using Therm O Web Deco Foil Flock Transfer Sheets; it’s easy and mess-free. There are 8 different colors of flocking  to choose from. Flocking adds a whole new dimension and character to your paper crafting projects. It adds texture and texture therapy is why I scrapbook. You can cut the Flock Transfer Sheets into shapes or you can transfer the flocking to cardstock using Transfer Gel. I applied a layer of Transfer Gel through a Clearsnap ColorBox Art Screen – this one is called ‘jumbled’. It will take an hour or so to dry. Lay the Flock Transfer Sheet fuzzy side down on the dried paste. Place the two…

Hello everyone! Pam Bray here today on the Creative Scrapbooker Magazine Blog creating a baby themed scrapbook card celebrating babies and how to create your own borders using your favorite flower stamp. I am using Blank Page Muse Scribble and Scratch Stamp Set along with Authentique Swaddle Girl Collection to show you how easy it is to create your own borders. To create this baby themed scrapbook card, begin by adhering pattern paper to the inside of a 5″ x 6 1/2″ card base. Cover the outside of the card with a strip of patterned paper. Stamp a border of your favorite flowers to watercolor paper using Ranger Archival Ink. Repeat by stamping a few random small flowers to watercolor paper. To color, all the flowers, apply Ranger Festive Berries Distress ink to a craft sheet. Use your water pen and pick up the ink from the craft sheet and color…

Hello everyone, Kerry Engel here today on the Creative Scrapbooker Magazine blog excited to share with you a fun little technique to make your stamped images POP with little or no effort using a white opaque pigment pen by Ranger. I am going to call this technique – white pen painting. LOL!  I am slightly addicted. To create this layout I used a variety of Stampers Anonymous stamps, Ranger products, Glue Dots Adhesives, MultiCraft Craft Decor burlap ribbon, and wooden embellishments. I challenged myself with this layout to see how many different ways I could use stamps. To be honest I only started using stamps a few years ago when I got into mixed media. This particular group of stamps really inspires me, and they work so well with my Europe photos. When all was said and done I used my stamps in 3 different ways. I used the following…
