Hello Friends and welcome to the Creative Scrapbooker Magazine blog today. My name is Karan Gerber and I am thrilled to be here with you today sharing my first post. So let’s get on with the “You are my Sunshine” Card I created for my first post here. I used the papers, stamps and dies from Heartfelt Creations. The card base measures 7.5 x 5.5 on black cardstock. I cut one piece from…

Christy Riopel instantly fell in love with Izinks from Clearsnap. I remember they day Clearsnap sent them to the Creative Scrapbooker Magazine team to play with – a few of us were like “What the heck do you do with these?” I for one am a die hard collector of all things scrapbooking pretty so I instantly knew where they were going to be displayed in my craft room but had no idea how to use them. Giggle Giggle. Not Christy. The first few projects she created with the Izinks were gorgeous, after that the projects were beyond beautiful. What are Izinks? First off, they are stored in the cutest little bottles! Izinks are acrylic based pigment ink. The ink is opaque and will not produce a patine effect. They are acid free and are mostly used for srapbooking and hobby crafts. Of course they come in a wide…

It’s always hard to leave and for anyone going through their first year, it’s especially tough. If I am speaking to you – you got this.  Sure, you’ll be poor and stressed out but everyone around you will be in the same boat.  Tap into those around you and try hard to work on finding your true calling.
