I know I have said this before – and I am just going to keep saying it again and again – the ability to scan a ton of images and then cut them out with a border the size you want or no border at all – IS A GAME CHANGER! GOODBYE fussy cutting I say! And that is exactly my favourite element of the Brother ScanNCut! Check out this card that Kerry Engel put together. All those little people and houses were created using these stamp sets by Therm O Web Laura Kelly. Kerry stamped these images on a piece of cardstock, scanned them into her Brother ScanNCut. Then cut them all out! You can change the sizes of the images once they are scanned. You can cut them out with a border or with no border.   You can cut out WAY more than you need and have them…

Kim Gowdy was very buys this week creating spooky Halloween cards. One of her favourite things to do and you can tell! Check out this card she designed. How gorgeous! Kim designed the background using one of her gel mono prints she created using the Ranger Gel Printing Plate AND Ranger Dina Wakley Media Acrylic Paint. She stamped the Stampers Anonymous stamps on Deli Paper. Using Ranger Archival Ink. She then cut out the pumpkins and with hat and adhered them to the mono print using Ranger Dina Wakley Media Matte Gel Medium. Using Zebra Doodler’z Gel Glitter Pens she outlined all the stamped images. This made the images glitter! You can see it here. Next, for some more added fun Kim Added Tonic Studios Nuvo Glow Drops. When the lights turn off these little drops glow!  How fun is that! Finally Kim, used her Tonic Studios Tim Holtz Guillotine Cutter…

Hey Creative Scrapbooker Fans! For today’s blogpost, I’m sharing with you how to create this More Pumpkin, Please Tag  which uses the Simple Vintage Country Harvest Collection from Simple Stories A variety of products from Ranger Ink and adhesives from Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L. Ink the edges of the tag using Walnut Stain Distress Ink and a blending tool with foam from Ranger Ink. Choose a piece of patterned paper out of the Simple Vintage Country Harvest 6×8 Paper Pack from Simple Stories. Trace the tag around the patterned paper. Cut out the tag. Punch a hole at the top of the tag. Distress the edges of the tag. Ink the edges of the tag using Walnut…

But, I only have a few sheets of this fantastic collection left so I’m making the most of it – and my time! – with a quick and easy 5 Step – 5 Minute Single Page Layout.  Step 1: Pick your papers – I chose the cute pumpkin paper from the It’s Fall, Y’all Paper Pack and a piece from the coordinating Tone-on-Tone Paper Pack for my base page. Looking for a fabulous Halloween collection for this year’s or last year’s or …. well any time frame photo 🙂 – Echo Park Paper Co. has created a line that will be sure to GET YOUR HALLOWEEN ON! The Halloween Party Collection! Classic ghosts and candy and colours! LOVE IT! My favourite part of this collection is that line of dancing skeletons with those JAZZ hands. (I was a dance mom for 15 years!) And who doesn’t need a classic Spider Web die with a little spider? Here is an example of this fabulous collection in action. Add this collection to your Halloween shopping list cause scrapbooking those little moments is more important than the candy. Okay – well if it is blue whales or gourmet jelly beans or crispy crunch minis… okay forget it…. candy is important! Happy Friday Friends!
