Hello Creative Scrapbookers! Kim here, just popping in with a very quick card share and a reminder that it’s OK to keep your projects simple! This easy card is simply layers of paper below my stamped and watercoloured image! I love how it turned out!I’ve been working at mixing my old stash with newer stash these days, it feels good pulling it out from far away corners of my craft room. This Stampin’ Up stamp is a favourite oldie for work birthdays! I paired it Wild Whisper cardstock and coloured my stamped image with Tonic Studios’ Nuvo Water-colour Pencils. Easy-peasy and ready for “the herd” to sign! Hope this inspires a quick and easy card making session! For amazing inspiration…subscribe to Creative Scrapbooker Magazine!
Hello and good day! Kim here on the blog with another fun card using a fun stamp set from Art Impressions! You can never have enough birthday cards on hand, so that’s what I have to share today! They always seem to have the perfect quote to go along with the perfect image…and they ALWAYS make me laugh! Without further delay, let’s peek at the birthday card I made to share! It was such a fun card to make and actually quite quick to make. Here is a look at the process! My Color Box pigment inks from ClearSnap, my Chameleon pens and my circle dies from Elizabeth Craft Designs all worked seamlessly together with the Art Impressions stamp…
Today Kelly Klapstein is sharing a really cute birthday card she designed using Creative Memories products. She used the Bright Paper Pack, which has fun, cheerful colours! The cute confetti strip on the left edge is easily punched with the Creative Memories Border Maker System. The balloon and ‘Happy Birthday’ are cut with the Brother ScanNCut. This design is suitable for all ages and genders, thanks to Creative Memories! Did you know our current Submissions call for SPRING 2016 includes Birthday Cards? We would love to see what you create! Today on our blog we welcome Michelle Marks, who is going to show you how she used our Sketchy Challenge to design cards! Happy Spring dear Canadian Scrapbooker readers…ummm…at least I’m hoping it’s spring somewhere in Canada by now because it sure hasn’t reached Nfld yet! Michelle here today from Corner Brook, Nfld. Apparently I’m supposed to tell you a little about me so here goes. I’m a 47 year old mom to two “almost” grown kids, a daughter 21 years old and a son 19 years old. I am also spoiled wife to Rob, and this summer we will be celebrating our 25th anniversary. Our home also houses a small zoo…one cat, one geriatric dog, two dwarf hamsters and some fish… plus a gazillion wild birds that empty my feeders faster than I can fill them. There’d be a lot more animals if my kids had their way but…
