Hello, Connie Nichol here today with a scrapbook layout that features Graphic 45 patterned paper from the Enchanted Forest line and the Dream die manufactured by Elizabeth Crafts Designs and designed by Quietfire Designs. This was a very simple layout to create. I just layered different pieces of Graphic 45 patterned paper from the 6×6 and 8×8 Enchanted Forest paper pads, putting some of the smaller pieces on with dimensional foam adhesive by Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L and embellishing with machine stitching and bits of May Arts ribbon. The page title is a die manufactured by Elizabeth Craft Designs. Perfect for a page about a boy and his books. The beautiful calligraphic word dies from Elizabeth Craft Designs inspire me to create many layouts. I also added a couple of butterflies cut with the Sizzix Eclips 2 using from Quietfire Designs Butterfly Heart Card cutting file shown below. The file is…
Whether you are new to scrapbooking or have been creating for a long time, you have no doubt heard of the company Graphic 45! Graphic 45 is a company that is owned and operated by mom: Diane Schultz and her two daughters: Aimee Filimoehala and Charee Filimoehala. What is interesting to know is how the name of the company came about. A 45, Diane went back to school, got her degree in graphic design and named the company to celebrate that achievement. We LOVE that! Graphic 45 produces award winning paper collections. That’s BIG! Their vintage inspired papers and stamps are designed to capture the glamourous, whimsy of the 1920’s and 1930’s. They are the substance to so many beautiful scrapbook layouts, mixed media and home décor projects. Look no farther than their many social media sites [Facebook, Instagram & Twitter] to find amazing projects like the ones shared here!…
Graphic 45 is known for their unique vintage style, with bold deco patterns. You might think that you could only use vintage photos to create heritage layouts, but that is just not true. Today I am sharing a layout that I created using 2 recent photos of our daughter Zoe. This collection is beautiful and can be for any type of photo you choose. Zoe has just graduated high school and is heading to university in Montreal in the fall. Where has the time gone? These photos, taken by a a photographer friend of hers, show more than ever just how grown up, beautiful and independent she has become. We are so proud of her. This collection from Graphic 45 suits that sentiment perfectly. Today on the blog we welcome Katelyn Grosart Hi Everyone! I’m Katelyn Grosart and I live in beautiful Calgary, Alberta with my boyfriend of 6 years. I’ve spent the last 7 years in the papercrafting world creating cards, mixed media pages, scrapbook layouts, mini albums and altered items. In my spare time when I’m not crafting I like to read a good book and when the weather is nice, you’ll often find me outside taking advantage of the beautiful Canadian weather. I’m excited to be a guest blogger today for the Creative Scrapbooker Magazine blog. The wonderful ladies at the magazine asked if I wanted to guest blog for them and I couldn’t pass up this amazing opportunity. With summer right around the corner I thought that I would share with you how to create your own under the sea themed reverse canvas featuring Graphic 45’s “Voyage Beneath the Sea”…
