Hello! Kim here! Just a quick share of my layout inspired by the November Sketchy Challenge! When I first saw the sketch designed by Kelly Klapstein, I instinctively thought of columns of journaling! Itβs very simple, but I LOVE how it turned out! I designed the text columns in Photoshop Elements 14, printed on a piece of 12×12 cardstock and then added my pictures, paper and embellishments! Supplies used: Stampinβ Up cardstock, Day to Day stamps, ink & markerΒ /Β Graphic 45 patterned paper from Enchanted Forest collectionΒ /Β Simple Stories Life in Color wooden veneersΒ /Β Scrapbook Adhesives by 3LΒ /Β American Crafts Thickers When was the last time you used our Sketchy Challenge? Itβs such a great place to start the creative process. Of course weβd LOVE for you to also share to our Sketchy Gallery, to inspire others! Be sure to get your copy of the Fall…
Hello everyone – Jayme Loge here with Tuesday with the Team! My kid is a bookworm, and when I saw Bo Bunnyβs Beautiful Dreamer paper line, I knew it was meant just for her! Not only do I love the colour scheme, the book and imaginative images are wonderful. I paired the paper with Creative Scrapbookerβs October 2016 sketch: I am currently having a very serious love affair with the Ranger Dylusions paints and so decided to use them to create the background shapes on my layout. I laid down my stencil and applied the paint with a paper towel, βishingβ the circle shape. I used three colors that coordinated with the paper. I added a little of the green around the edges of the paper and lightly smooshed throughout the background for just a bit more texture. Once the paint was dry, I built my layout on top. One…
Hey everyoneβ¦Kim here, sharing my take on our April Sketch.Β This monthβs sketch is a very basic, graphic design that could be used over and overβ¦and look different every time! I love that! My four square grid is a bit βlostβ in the background, but if you look youβll see it! I used products from Heartfelt Creationβs collection, βItaliana Rivieraβ. These papers, stamps and dies are stunning! They were so fun to play with. Check out this detail shot to see the layers. Some of the layers were made with the stamp, dies and Clearsnap Chalk inks. The other layers were created by βfussyβ cutting from a second sheet of paper and layering on top of the same image using Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L foam squares.Β Heartfelt Creationβs Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit was used to add dimension to my cuts. I was so pleased with how the details looked on…

Good day Creative Scrapbookers! Jayme Loge here today with a few layouts from my craft table. I wanted to play with a few simple supplies and try to create a couple of layouts with them. I started with a few sheets of We R Memory Keepers patterned paper and coordinating sticker set, a few sheets of Bazzill cardstock and an American Crafts alphabet set. Hereβs what I did with them: First, I started off using the Creative Scrapbooker Magazineβs sketch from this monthβs βLetβs Get Sketchyβ challenge – CLICK HERE to download your take on this sketch! I added the heart to the background with some βvintageβ Heidi Swapp masks and Inca Gold paste. I changed the orientation of the sketch somewhat and used a special old photo taken on a trip to Mexico in 2000. Back then, film cameras were still in use and disposable panoramic cameras were all…
Today we are featuringΒ Jayme Loge’sΒ take on our monthly sketch challenge. SUPPPLIES: Bazzill Basics Paper cardstock, BasicGrey patterned paper, May Arts ribbon, Pageframes acrylic snowflake, Simple Stories sticker. Tombow Xtreme adhesives. Scraps of Info – “I save leftover bits of paper and embellishments for the purpose of making cards, especially if I only need one at a time. This card was made with some real treasures as I think the BasicGrey paper line (Kioshi) is at least 5 years old! It was created to be an Easter/Spring line, but I thought the crisp cool colours worked for a wintry feel.” Jayme Loge JaymeΒ based her card on our monthly sketchy challenge!
