Happy New Year! Christy Riopel here today with Tuesday with The Team!
The new year always brings resolutions and every year I resolve to Scrapbook more. To “catch up. This year I am trying something a little different. From all my reading I have learned that the key to being successful at any goal is to be specific and reasonable with your goals. So this year I am resolving to make one page a month from a photo I took recently. I think one page a month is a reasonable and attainable goal.
This page is the first of my pages. Pictures from this Christmas. It’s a simple page made from Core’dinations ColourCore cardstock, Elizabeth Craft Designs dies, Clearsnap ink and stencils, Pico Embelisher and Scrapbook Adhesives by 3L.
To create my background I layer my cardstock over top of my stencil and sanded in different areas.
Now I have one page done! How about you? Are you going to join me in my scrapbooking resolution or do you have one of your own?
Have a wonderful Tuesday!

Love the soft velvety look to this..so rich!
I have promised myself to work with my planner more faithfully this year and this is one of the first steps: setting your goals for the year. I totally agree they need to be specific and attainable…otherwise in my world they don’t get done…no matter what good intentions I had.
The nice thing in working with a planner, is you re-evalute them every month, and if they’re not working you can adjust them.
My motto this year is: “Fail to plan, plan to fail!” Don’t know who first quoted it, but it totally makes sense to me.
Thanks Linda! I like that idea too!
